Promedic Hospice Care LLC, doing business as Ability Hospice, complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. This applies to admission to our program, the care we provide, and every interaction with our staff.
Free help communicating
We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities so they can communicate effectively with us, including qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats such as large print, accessible electronic formats, and other formats on request.
We provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
These services cost you nothing. If you need any of them, call us at (409) 203-7477. The phone is answered 24 hours a day.
If you believe we have discriminated
You can file a grievance with us in person, by mail, by fax, or by phone. If you need help filing one, we will help you.

Filing with the federal government
You can also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. Filing a grievance with us is not required first, and you may do both.
